HASSELL, as part of the Bourke Junction Consortium headed by EPC Partners, ISPT and Cbus, has been selected as the preferred bidder for the South East Stadium Precinct between Telstra Dome and Southern Cross Station in the Melbourne docklands.

Our proposed master plan involves a series of buildings around
a prominent civic domain. A tall office building, a retail building,
a hotel, and the overall site master plan have been designed by HASSELL. Another large office building, by Woods Bagot, is also integrated into the master plan. The master plan balances the complexities of large crowd movements through the site on game days, whilst maintaining an active, comfortable and intimate retail environment. The buildings are designed as a strong family of forms, each with its own unique architectural identity reinforced through
a rich palette of materials and detail.
