The award winning Kelvin Grove Urban Village is the first inner-city development of its kind in Australia – a 16 hectare master planned community that demonstrates best practice in sustainable, mixed-use urban development, and brings together educational, residential, health, retail, recreational and business opportunities. The Village, created by a special partnership between the stakeholders, mixes tradition and innovation, high-tech and green, private amenity
and public spaces, to facilitate unique lifestyle opportunities.
HASSELL has had a pivotal role in the development of the Kelvin
Grove Urban Village, from early design workshops to master
planning, landscape and building design. We are continuing
our involvement in implementation as Urban Design Manager
for the project.
