Located on the north side of the future Hangzhou East Railway Station transport hub plaza, this site has a strong relationship with transport, movement and connections between different places in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province and the rest of China. Our design consists of a collection of closely interlinked apartment towers
and podium retail buildings focused around major and secondary courtyards, circulation paths and roads surrounding the site.

The design represents an equally balanced composition of buildings and a strong relationship with the surrounding streets and public spaces to create a simple yet strong architectural aesthetic and
a landmark development on this important site. Buildings and landscape are designed based on the concept of connectivity
and communication to help create a closely linked, and thereby successful and healthy community environment.
